With all the talk of white supremacy, I believe in black equality. After all, what people have risen from the condition of slavery in 1776 in America, to hold the position of Presidency in 2014? Which of the most Children that the world would listen to and put people on the United States Courts, including the Supreme Courts, or have written books, from Nursery Rhymes to physics, and taught schools, from Kindergarten to Universities? Black People!
Blacks have gone from being bait for hangings and lynching to successful world leaders, religious leaders, and educational leaders. With all of these accomplishments, school textbooks have all but ignored the rise of black accomplished persons and groups in America. Wars have been fought over the freedom of blacks. Muhammad Ali, a black man, had to go to the U.S. Supreme Court to change his name and religion, while a white man name Kardashian went from being identified as a male to a female with no trouble. People claim that positive finances were the cause for support of the past President when in fact the economy was worse than the whole Obama era who was labeled by the recent past President an incompetent Kenyan. Obama, in fact, was neither incompetent nor was he born in Kenya. He may have been the brightest man to ever lead the United States. The events of January 6, 2021, provide evidence that White Supremacy is a myth. To believe that one race created by God was superior to another race, also created by the same God, requires a great degree of stupidity. Just as millions of people believe that one dude was chosen by God to be their leader and that he would allow one man to be such a winner that millions of others would storm and attack their own people in America and be able to steal an American election with the support of the American Evangelical movement who campaigned in the name of God. I have been a Christian for years and I believe that God has ordered my steps so that they match his direction for me. I don’t believe my God condones murder and says a good guy with a gun stops a bad guy with a gun. The scripture says, “Suffer little Children…come unto me.” He doesn’t say take the children from their parents and lock them up. I was taught to treat women with dignity and integrity, not grab them by their private parts. The so-called Evangelicals called for unity, while they acted like slave masters who will unify with them. God did not practice nor promote such a unity without love with those who promoted hate rather than love. I was taught the Ten Commandments and the way into heaven, found in Matthew and Exodus in the Bible. The past President practiced a sort of reverse Ten Commandments and yet was praised for this reversal. Commandment number one says, “Thou shalt have no other God before me.” He was seen as a god. Commandment number two says, ‘Thou shalt not make for thyself an idol.” Qanon is an Idol god. Commandment number three says, “Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain.” It is said that profanity is Trump’s second language. Commandment number four says, “Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.” I have never known him to go to church or remember the Sabbath unless he went for some benefit to himself. Commandment number five says, “Honor thy Father and thy Mother” Did he? Commandment number six says, “Thou shalt not kill.” Including those who died during the insurrection, be reminded of how many covid deaths we have here in America because of his lies? Commandment number seven says, “Thou shall not commit adultery”. Well, he admitted that he did. Commandment number eight says, “Thou shall not steal.” Commandment number nine says, “Thou shalt not bear false witness”, and Commandment number ten says, “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house or wife, or ox.” These last three Commandments with regard to the past President are covered extensively in the press. We know how he cheated his workers and would not pay them. The news has reported the numerous lies he’s told and the blame he places on everyone else. And, as far as coveting, he’s used his presidential powers to take whatever he desired and coveted. The then President seemed to be laughing at the scriptures as they were supportive of President Biden. I can say I did hear one prayer during the insurrection that seemed to be a mockery. The insurrectionists actually knelt down and prayed to God for their bad acts, before they went off and desecrated the Capitol. Sad! |
