Holman United Methodist Church will host its 53rd Annual Negro Spiritual Concert on February 25 and 26 at 3:00 p.m.
Holman is one of the few churches in greater Los Angeles dedicated to commemorating this historically significant African American musical genre. This year's Negro Spiritual concert will feature the compositions of Moses Hogan, Andre Thomas, Undine Moore, Patsy Simms, Lela Anderson, Jeffrey Ames and Damon Dandridge, as well as special performances by guest artists and original arrangements by Holman Choir Director William Campbell.
