"These six things doth the Lord hate: yea seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren." (Proverbs 6:-16-19)
There is something about LOVING ONE ANOTHER!
LOVE NEVER FAILS! Let's always reach out to our sisters and brothers!
We all came from Adam and Eve, and the curse was broken, through Jesus, if we believe! Go through this day and purposely give out your smile.
Even take a moment to speak and talk a little while.
You'll have a happier day-bring some joy as you greet.
You'll be surprised; it can be a real treat!
Dear Pastor Glovioell,
I have been backstabbed, cursed and trampled by my so-called friends.
I know what you are going to say. "Don't stop loving them."
I can rhyme too. Forgiving is easier said, than to do.
Dear Wounded Forgiver,
You're not the first to find it hard to forgive, and you won't be the last.
All I know, if you don't forgive, your body is going to crash!
We weren't made to hold unforgiveness in.
It causes ulcers, headaches, rashes, stress, high blood pressure and tension.
Unforgiveness places a rift that the devil uses so we go adrift.
Imagine being consumed with unyielding hate.
It's a miserable existence-making us berate.
Jesus asked us to pray the Lord's Prayer.
Contained within it, are words to live by, so we can better fare:
"Forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us."
Once we get hold of this, we are emotionally lightened!
Heaviness leaves, and depression takes flight.
That's the spiritual warfare we have to fight!
Life is so precious, so why give in.
Unforgiveness is tedious self-torture, Pray in Jesus' name to release it my friend.
