"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy.
"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
"That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven:" (Matthew 5: 43-45a)
The other cars nearly side swiped him, but I let him in. Were those few extra seconds so impossible, my friend?
The bus driver was merely trying to get back into traffic; it wasn't a sin!
Simple acts of kindness are a rarity, once again.
It's not an act. And, I don't feel entrapped.
As a matter of fact, it keeps my humility intact!
No matter where I'm at, there's something more loving I can unpack!
One day, a car parked in front of me had the meter go empty.

This is nothing for you to shout from the rooftop!
But it is little actions like these that make people's mouths drop.
Can you tell a frantic shopper, "Take my place in line. You look like you're in a hurry, and I have a little more time!"
Is denying yourself, daily, a crime?"
"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me." (Matthew 16: 24)
Dear Pastor Glovioell,
Am I to be a doormat for ‘certain' people? There are always a group of people trying to take advantage of me!
Do I have the word "Fool" written cross my forehead?
It gets me down. I get so depressed-I listen to the ‘blues.'
Signed,
I Don't Look Dapper in Blue
Dear I Don't Look Dapper in Blue,
Why not do much more Praising for what you have, Dude!
Let nothing, or no one put you into a funky mood.
Life is too precious for you to stew.
So let's live happy and healthy because of what Jesus went through.
