Hands Free!

Pastor Glovioell RowlandIf the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36)

I'm so free! Can't nobody mess with me!

The Holy Spirit directs and comforts me!

He's all and all a part of me.

Without him, I'd be in as much trouble as can be.

Without the blessed Holy Spirit, it would be like driving down the street without putting on my earpiece!

It would be like telling the police who stopped me-"I forgot to be totally 'hands free!"

Illegal as I could be; racing through life, without God's Holy Spirit filling me!

It takes time to pray and stay in his face! But, oh, how much easier it makes this race!

I don't want to be anywhere in this earth where I am Holy Spiritless!

Now, that would truly be a mess!

It's only by listening to the Holy Spirit, inside me, that I am truly Blessed!

Dear Pastor Glovioell,

A wreck! My life has been a wreck! 2 marriages, 4 babies! Lost my job. Fell down the stairs and now I am on SSI. Man! This is real hard to trust God!

Holding on by a String

Dear Holding on by a String,

Are you breathing?

I suppose you are! The Word of God says, "Let everything that has breathe, Praise the Lord!" (Psalm 150).

Don't forever weep about what happens to you-Praise the Lord, all the way through!

It's called a 'Sacrifice' of Praise! It's remedy that will surely do!

No heaviness or burdens can trouble you!

It's not being aloof or ignorant-It's CONFIDENT assurance that: Praying in Jesus' name, I'm going to get help from heaven.

After you've praised and given God your cares, listen carefully, he'll get you prepared.

The answer might be immediate, or you may have to wait on God before it's shared!

Kneel, stand, or lay before him-silently-and you will get directions: Yes, No, or nothing (which means 'wait', make no adjustments until I say 'yes' or 'no').

Follow this credence, and you will be 'Good to Go!"

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." (1 Peter 5:6-7)
