City of Pasadena television programming, seen on channel 55 for more than two decades, is moving to channel 3 on the Charter Communications cable television system beginning Tuesday, Jan. 12.
KPAS is the home of Pasadena City Council meetings and many other local government programs such as “City Beat” and “Your City at Work.” It is also available on the Internet at www.cityofpasadena.net/publicaffairs (click on Video Streaming on the right side of the screen).
Charter Communications is moving other local cable channels as well:
Pasadena’s public access channel, previously called PCAC and now called The Arroyo Channel, will move from 56 to 32.
Pasadena Unified School District’s KLRN will move from 64 to 95.
The Pasadena City College channel will move from 81 to 96.
