Aside from their Entry Level Seminar for future Firefighters, this years Spring Conference will provide six lectures ranging from the Promotional process, to fire ground tactics, the fundamentals leadership, and a special presentation by Captain Robert Harris of the Los Angeles County Fire Department on being a part of an Urban Search and Rescue Team deployed to Haiti for relief efforts.
Lecture presenters are both from within the fire service and the corporate world. The topics chosen will provide different perspectives on navigating successfully within the fire service.
