Recently at the regular monthly meeting of The San Gabriel Valley Black Business Association (BBA), Mr. Chris Bryant, leading authority for World Class results in the areas of Costumer relations and Personal Branding, gave a presentation entitled: "Puttin' On The Ritz", which was exceptionally empowering.
An equally impressive turn out of BBA members and guests were on the edge of their seats enthralled by the presenter's knowledge and delivery. One first time guest in attendance recently moved to Pasadena from London, England. He had only been in Pasadena for a few weeks and could barely hold back his excitement.
Mr. Bryant was simply a master mind on the subjects, possessing and sharing rare insights as he bestowed upon the audience his six ingredients to customer loyalty, in addition to pointing out the unconscious mistakes and pitfalls businesses make, such as those shared by the audience. Chris was able to take each situation and turn it into a teachable moment and learning experience for those in attendance.
One guest stated after the presentation that she will no longer take the needs of her customers lightly, and BBA president Derrick Dancer said "Chris' insights into what really creates loyalty in a customer is the stuff that changes the entirety of the way our diverse membership can do business from this point on, and we are truly grateful to have had the pleasure and opportunity to have Mr. Bryant broaden the understanding of what "makes good business" for the rank and file of our Association".
BBA meetings are held on the last Friday of each month, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Flintridge Retreat Center, in Pasadena CA. For information on the BBA, and/or the next meeting, contact Derrick Dancer by calling: 626.524.5125.
