Fun for Family Includes Free Workshops, Entertainment and Raffle Prizes

The City of South Pasadena, in partnership with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD), Assemblyman Anthony Portantino and Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, once again presents its popular, free Clean-Air Car Show & Green-Living Expo.

This year's event will highlight green vehicles and living choices to show residents how to save money, help clean the air and become better stewards for the environment.

Exhibits will showcase advanced-technology vehicles, green products for the home and garden and solar energy systems.

• Free educational seminars will focus on organic and environmentally friendly gardening techniques, health effects of air pollution and electric vehicles.
• Free entertainment includes a concert by the classic rock band The Answer; a magic show and screenings of "The Spirit of Yosemite" and a popular nature film about three animal families traversing the planet.
• Free raffles will give away two electric, non-polluting lawn mowers; a clean-burning natural gas log set and a high-efficiency washing machine and other great prizes!

WHEN:  Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
