According to the CDC - the Center for Disease Control, falls are a leading cause of moderate to severe injury to older adults. Yet falls are not an inevitable result of aging.
The Pasadena Senior Center, 85 East Holly Street, will host "What you can do to Prevent Falls", a free program, on Tuesday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m., to address seniors' concerns about falling.
The program will offer helpful tips that seniors that can use to stay safer and reduce their chances of falling. "What you can do to Prevent Falls" will be presented in English with translation in Mandarin.
Reservations are not required.
