Learn the fascinating history of Polynesian Dance and watch a performance of this unique dance style.
The dance performances start at 6:00 p.m. You may even try a few of these ancient dance moves yourself.
Learn the ancient art of the tiki in climbing towers from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. as you create your own tiki and take it home with you.
All performances are made possible by the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division Grant.
About Kidspace: Unless otherwise stated, admission: Tickets for all adults and children over 12 months are $10.00. Children under 12 months and members are free.
Located on almost four acres in Pasadena, California, Kidspace Children’s Museum has more than 25 indoor hands-on exhibits, in addition to its outdoor spaces, programs and activities that are designed to encourage a child’s growth and development through exploration of the environment, investigation in science, and artistic expression. Kidspace is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Kidspace is open seven days a week between Memorial and Labor Days). Kidspace is located at 480 N. Arroyo Boulevard, in Brookside Park, Pasadena, California, adjacent to the Rose Bowl. Free parking in Rose Bowl Parking Lot I.
Kidspace Children's Museum is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to enrich the lives of children.
