View the real triumphs of the first black woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress as Films at CAAM presents “Dorothy Dandridge: An American Beauty.”  

Actor Obba Babatunda, who portrayed Dandridge’s husband Harold Nicholas in “Introducing Dorothy Dandridge,” will discuss the differences in the documentary and the fictionalized version of the actress’s life.
