The street festival was created by NATHA (Neighbors Acting Together Helping All) as a joint project with the City of Pasadena, which brings together residents, businesses, community organizations, and schools to celebrate community pride and unity.

NATHA, (Neighbors Acting Together Helping All), is a grassroots community development organization located in northwest Pasadena and focused on community improvement. For 20 years, this organization of neighbors, parents, friends, community leaders and business owners have worked together to create a community with a youth-centered perspective that promotes self-sufficiency and enhances individuals' capacity to advocate for and maintain a healthy, safe community.
Saturday, October 1, 2011 12 noon to 4 p.m. Free event. Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena between Montana on the north and Idaho on the south. NATHA's address is 456 West Montana Street Pasadena, CA 91103.
