Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is proud to offer a FREE Drive Through Flu Clinic on Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Glendale Memorial Parking Structure.

Free flu shots to anyone age 55 or older, or anyone with health problems requiring immunization from the flu.

Simply enter the parking structure on Laurel, roll down your window, complete your consent form, roll up your sleeve and your protected from this year's flu outbreak!

Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is located at 1420 S. Central Avenue in Glendale (entrance on Laurel Ave at Central).
