Life-Fish: Swimming in Schools, a high-definition documentary, will be presented on Saturday, November 3, at 2 p.m. in Caltech's Beckman Auditorium. This program is part of Caltech's Science Saturdays series.
This program features our favorite finned friends of the water - fish. From panoramic displays of peaceful coexistence to up-close encounters of territorial confrontation, there are spectacles that happen daily in our oceans.
This high-definition movie will serve as the springboard for a lively discussion about the science behind the beauty and wonder of nature. Enoch Yeung, a graduate student in engineering and applied science at Caltech, will introduce the film and guide the post-screening discussion.
Recommended for ages 8 and up. Tickets to this performance are priced at $5.00 (unreserved seating). Tickets can be purchased at the Caltech Ticket Office, 332 South Michigan Avenue, Pasadena.
