The Annual Young African American Male's Conference is designed specifically for African American Males, ages 12 to 25.
The conference objectives are to empower, inspire and provide the tools required for participants to achieve success in their chosen educational, career and life goals.
The conference is scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Pasadena City College, 1570 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The 2012 Conference theme is Success by Choice: Focus on the Future.
The emphasis is education with workshops geared toward assisting young men to seek and realize their educational goals to assure future success.
The Young African American Male's Conference is sponsored by the Metropolitan Community Action Services Corporation (MCASC), a non-profit public benefits corporation and a segment of the Metropolitan Baptist Church located in Altadena California. The conference is co-sponsored by Pasadena City College, various businesses and organizations and has gained wide support from many of the community's most talented practitioners and professionals.
Cost: Free registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and all workshop materials, general sessions, workshops, exhibitors and more.
