The Los Angeles Urban League invites you to save the date for the 40th Annual Whitney M. Young, Jr. Awards Dinner Friday, April 26, 2013, where Retired General Colin Powell will be the featured keynote speaker.
The Whitney M. Young, Jr. Award recipient, Linda Johnson Rice, and the Community Coalition Award honoree, AEG, will be honored for their spirit of service. Entertainment will be provided by Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds.
The annual event will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, 9876 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills 90210. A VIP reception is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. along with a General Reception. Dinner will be at 7:00 p.m.
