Under the new fare structure, a 1-Way Trip purchased using a TAP card will include transfers to other Metro lines for up to two hours to complete a one-way trip. If the fare is paid using cash, transfers will not be included. Complete details on the new fares can be found at metro.net/fares.

The City of Pasadena Senior Commission is seeking nominations to fill one (1) vacancy available for appointment of a representative of Pasadena senior service agencies. An eligible nominee is a person who represents a service agency providing services in Pasadena. Each senior service agency serving residents of Pasadena is eligible to submit ONE (1) name for consideration as a nominee to the Commission. It is recommended that agencies consider nominating individuals able to address a broad range of senior service issues. The Commission seeks a membership reflective of our diverse community, in terms of ethnicity, gender, experience, areas of expertise, etc.

PASADENA, Calif.—Pasadena residents and businesses are reminded that City Hall and many City services will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2014 in observance of Labor Day.
The City Council's next regularly scheduled meeting will be Monday, Sept. 8.
Pasadena Fire and Police Departments will continue to be staffed for all patrol, jail, fire, paramedic and other emergency services. For any life-threatening emergencies, always remember to call 9-1-1.
