Applications Are Taken on a First Submitted, First Placed Basis
Pasadena, CA – There is still an opportunity for Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) families who missed the initial application phase for 2014-15 Open Enrollment or wish to make other choices to apply to attend a school outside of their neighborhood attendance boundary. PUSD's Late Open Enrollment application period for the 2014-2015 academic year begins April 8 and continues through April 21, 2014.
Late Open Enrollment applications will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 351 South Hudson Avenue in Pasadena. PUSD will accept applications for spots that have not yet been filled or to add a child's name to a school's wait list. Late application placements are determined based on first submitted, first placed and can only be submitted in person. Space is limited at many PUSD campuses. Pasadena, CA - Announcing an investment in the City's youth, Pasadena's Water and Power Department (PWP), www.PWPWeb.com, is offering two new college scholarships to Pasadena high school seniors who can devise creative new ways to promote water conservation and renewable energy.
"We meet so many bright young students each year during community events and field trips, and they're always so willing to share their excitement and ideas," PWP General Manager Phyllis E. Pasadena, CA - The Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) is taking the typical science fair to a new, higher level April 11th at Blair High School. PUSD's Innovation Exposition is a novel approach to inspire students to think critically and explore their interests and talents in science.
