Pasadena City College is pleased to announce its production of Museum, a play by Tina Howard. This witty and engaging play begins its run Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. in the Little Theater in C-106.
Additional performances will be in the Little Theater on Saturday, July 20 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and on July 25 and 26 at 8 p.m. and finally on July 27 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
General admission to the play is $10, and $5 for students, staff and seniors. Tickets will be sold at the door.
Directed by Whitney Rydbeck and Sandi Massie, Museum has a cast of 40 of the usual suspects at an art exhibit, guards, art lovers, foreigners, students, fellow artists, skeptics and of course the occasional lost soul. The play explores the effect of art on the viewer, as well as how our reactions to art speak about us as people.
"Tina Howe's popular play is a perfect fit for our talented assortment of student actors," said Rydbeck. "It's very funny, and it's a very good play."
