The Altadena Library District announces its 2014 Teen and Tween Summer Reading Club Paws to Read from June 24th to August 5th.
Teens and tweens entering grades 7-12 can read and win big! All you have to do is register, read, and write a few words about what you've read.
Each book is worth one raffle ticket. Earn five raffle tickets and choose a FREE book. Titles include Divergent and books from the Hunger Games trilogy.
Raffle tickets also earn chances to win a variety of prizes, including gift cards for Amazon, Gamestop, iTunes and the grand prize, an iPad mini!
The last day to report and enter raffles is August 5th. Winners will be announced August 6th.
All teen summer reading programs are FREE & open to all teens and tweens 11-17. All programs are generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
Teens and tweens attending special events will receive a raffle ticket good for gift cards and other prizes. They must be signed up for Summer Reading to receive these prizes. Raffle tickets distributed at events may be used toward a free book.
