The inaugural NATHA (Neighbors Acting Together Helping All) Golf Tournament will be held Monday, May 18, 2009 at the exclusive and private La Canada Flintridge Country Club. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m.. A delicious BBQ lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m., and the tournament will begin at noon with a shotgun start.
All golfers are invited to participate in the event, which NATHA is looking forward to conducting annually.
Tournament Honorary Chairs include Bernard Melekian, City of Pasadena Chief of Police; Assembly Member Anthony Portantino, 44th District; Bill & Brenda Galloway, Real Estate Developers; and Gene & Marilyn Buchanan, Business Owners. The Tournament Chair is Victoria Williams, an alum of the NATHA Program & current NATHA Board Treasurer.
Come join us for a day filled with fun, excitement and golf. The La Canada Flintridge championship golf course is the perfect setting for the 2009 NATHA Golf Tournament, as the course boats amazing views and a challenging layout.
An individual golf package includes a round of golf, cart, tee prizes, on-course snacks, contests, reception and awards.
Golfers may sign up as a single, a twosome, or a foursome. The entry fee for the NATHA Golf Tournament is $175 per person; $700 per foursome with the deadline to enter at May 1, 2009. The cocktail reception and awards ceremony/dinner costs $75.
Community members, local businesses, and NATHA board members have all donated intriguing auction prizes for the silent auction.
