In a statement, Ms. Bailey said, “I presented this resolution to the School Board for approval at the June 18, 2020 special meeting. After some discussion, it was unanimously approved. We have not been able to physically sign the document due to COVID-19. Since it appears it may be a while before the board will be able to get together again, I believe this is an important document for you to have and did not want to prolong getting it to you any longer. Once all signatures are obtained, a signed copy will be submitted.
