Donald Trump, the President of the United States has proven he is a criminal, once and for all. His request to move the vote from the November 3, 2020 scheduled date, and his declaration that he is not sure he will abide by the results of the vote, if he loses, proves to me that he is a criminal, as if there was any doubt in the minds of many. He’s trying his best to deny our right to vote by mail and also trying to change and delay the election date with a tweet to undermine our right to vote by changing laws that affect the Post Office that would slow down the counting the vote. The whole world knows that he is a crook. The problem is why the Republican Party goes along with his program and how much longer they will be afraid of him.
American travelers are disbarred from travel to other countries because of this president and his actions. He has proven he is a racist by trying to ban Mexicans and Muslims from the United States. He has placed Central American kids in cages, separated from their parents and recently proclaimed fair housing is to be no more. Other actions we’ve witnessed include his refusal to put Harriet Tubman on the twenty-dollar bill, failure to go to John Lewis’ memorial services, and speaking negatively about Black Lives Matter calling it a terrorist organization. He should be run out of town for naming inexperienced people to top cabinet positions such as Dr. Ben Carson, a surgeon who knows nothing about Housing. And don’t forget he called black football players S.O.B.s. He called dominant black countries “shithole” countries. He is calling the black NAASCAR driver out of his name and he maintains his statements against the Central Park Five by advocating they should have been put to death. In addition to being a racist, he was stupid, doing things that no president would do, like disbelieving his experts, like Dr. Fauci, and playing with God like when he created a photo opportunity so he could take a picture holding an upside down Bible. His so-called brilliance has caused the national economy to drop down lower than the 1929 Depression. Our current President in addition to be a racist and misogynist is mean spirited, stupid, selfish, egotistical narcissistic, dishonest and a psychopathic liar and a clinical psychopath. He calls everything a hoax when in fact he’s a hoax in that many Americans believed that he was a financial and business genius. A showman is what he is. He does not have a strategy, or a plan as would be required of any businessman or President! The first requirement of a businessman is to have a business plan. Lyndon Baines Johnson talked about the anti-poverty plan, Franklin Delano Roosevelt talked about The New Deal, Kennedy had a plan, but what does this President have? Nothing. NO PLAN, NO LEADERSHIP. One commentator said that The President and his supporters should all be run out of town. In my opinion they have destroyed the good reputation of the United States. I watched the funeral services of John Lewis. I observed the three past Presidents speak, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama, and a letter from a fourth president (Jimmy Carter) was read. I noted the quality of each. I didn’t agree with all their policies when they were in office, but at least they didn’t make a fool and a mockery out of the United States and or lie, cheat and steal from American citizens. Of course, President Barack Obama was the star of the day, mentioning the efforts of the present regimes to destroy the Post Office, and cut out Americans’ their ability to vote. When I hear the present President talk about making America Great Again, I still wonder what he’s talking about. When wasn’t it great? Was it when we had state sponsored Slavery? Was it when Jim Crow and discrimination were rampant? I have served as a corporate affirmative action officer and I have served as a Community Resources Officer of a well-known youth community services agency at another time. Was that when America wasn’t great? Maybe it was when I was one of a few black students at elementary school and was called Nigger on a daily basis, or president of the Black Students’ Union at a well-known California University. When was it Great according to the Republican administration? WHEN?’ I suggest that the Republicans drop the Bull Connor, George Wallace, or Goldwater mask and just run as an American.
